Included in every agency band
Property and tenancy records, owner statements, client-accounting records and reconciliation, maintenance, compliance evidence, staff permissions and branch access controls. Standard email support and self-service setup guidance are included.
Clear usage and support boundaries
All bands include the same agency features, subject to published fair-usage allowances. Bespoke migration, data cleanup, training and dedicated support are optional and quoted before work starts. No mandatory setup fee for self-service onboarding.
Records, not banking services
Brakan records and reconciles client money; it does not hold or move funds for you. Live bank feeds, PDF bank-statement imports and direct HMRC submission are not currently available. Your agency remains responsible for its client-money obligations.
What counts?
An active tenancy is a current letting agreement. A joint tenancy counts once; separate room tenancies count individually. Archived and future tenancies do not move you into a higher band. Agency counts are combined across branches within one organisation.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront at ten times the monthly price, giving two months free compared with paying monthly for a full year.
What costs extra?
Only optional bespoke work—such as bulk migration, custom integrations, training or dedicated support. Standard email support is included. Any bespoke work is agreed and priced separately before it starts.
